Our go to mechanic for our family's Rav4. Rinel has always been honest and easy to deal with. We have no complaints on all the service we have already had and will continue to go to them for maintenance. Highly recommended.

Monkey job. Engine still leaking after repair. They broke the clockspring when they changed the steering rack (didnt lock the steering wheel) and blamed it on the part and us. Transmission fluid was empty, they forgot to refill it! Also broke the sway bar, (had hammer marks) and did not tell us it was broken, so we drove it with the sway bar hanging under. Did not own to mistakes. Not a recommended place to bring your car.
