I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car. Seriously? That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there. I have a jeep... I use it like a jeep!!! It was a mess inside and out, full of mud, twigs and leaves. I have a dog that spends just as much time in it as I do. This thing was a mess ... dog hair, a year of spilled coffee and such... and the smell!! I thought it would never look and smell as nice as when I purchased it. But they did it! It was literally in showroom condition when I got it back. I couldn't believe it. The tint they did on the front windows looks great.. two years going and no problems. If it starts to flake or come off .. it will be fixed under a guarantee. When I got the bill it seemed extremely low for the work that was done.
